How Are We Different?

I can keep our COSTS DOWN by having the homeowner take all the notes from the consultation. That way it's in your handwriting and you will easily be able to recall our conversation, the suggestions and instructions, to move forward in preparing your home for sale! A written report is available at an additional cost.

I ALWAYS offer to do a walk through with you or your realtor before pictures are taken and the sign goes in the yard to make sure everything looks it's best FREE of charge. This is very important, the first 2 weeks a home is on the market, are the most important days in the selling process.

Kevin and Angela continuously work on home improvement projects including, but not limited to; basement finishing, bathroom remodeling, appliance installation, lighting upgrades, electrical work, plumbing, framing, drywall, tile work, painting, trim carpentry, landscaping and deck additions.

They have also completed many projects for friends and family and continue to assist Staged to Sell clients with the completion of their projects as well. If there is a need for any of these services to help prepare your home for sale, consider Staged to Sell your single source provider.

I always offer a FREE color consultation with each visit.

About Angela Webb

Angela graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Angela successfully completed a home staging workshop instructed by Lori Matzke of Center Stage Home, Inc. Lori is based in the Twin Cities, and has published a book on home staging.

Angela also completed a course in Interior Redesign with Vicki Dye through The Center for Creative Redesign.

Angela has learned to be very organized and efficient. Redesigning with existing furniture and accessories is essential because everyone has a budget!

Angela enjoys reading, paper crafting, decorating and spending lots of time outdoors with her family and friends.

The Webb's have lived in Minnesota for 9 years and love all that the Twin Cities have to offer. Angela currently resides in beautiful Carver County with her husband and two sons. She is the owner and consultant of Staged to Sell.

About Kevin Webb

Kevin is the repair and improvement expert for Staged to Sell and is well qualified to perform a multitude of services. Kevin graduated from the University of Missouri-Rolla with a Electrical Engineering degree and has attained the following licensed & certifications:

• licensed Minnesota Class A Master Electrician
• bonded & insured Minnesota Electrical Contractor
• former licensed Minnesota Residential Building Contractor
• licensed Minnesota Second Class B Boiler Engineer
• licensed EPA-608 Universal Refrigeration License
• Certified Facility Manager
• LEED-AP, (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional)

Kevin has worked in the Engineering; Operations & Maintenance functions of corporations ranging from Private to Fortune 500 in the Dairy, Food, Beverage & Pharmaceutical industries and is currently Associate Director of Engineering for a Specialty Pharmaceutical Division of a Biotech Company.
